SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 SHIPPING POLICY

  • You will receive your order 7-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
  • Order processing and shipping time is between 24-72hrs depending on the volume of orders.
  • After your payment is authorized and verified, it will takes 24Hrs  to process your order.
  • Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM GMT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

SERVICE DELAYS
TinyBiz is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences.

TRACKING
Tracking information will not be available until your package ships and has left the warehouse.

Please note: Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after courier has received the package. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, and in rare cases tracking information may not be available.

Returns Policy
We do not refund, however we offer a one (1 ) year warranty to our products, you can send back the goods to us and we will fix it, or change items. Defected product under warranty parts will be free, out of warranty parts have to be paid.

 To return your product, you should email us first at support@tinybiz.online and our team will provide you a return address.
